The manufacturer of specialised chemical products Weicon has developed a spray for cleaning and protecting welding tips, welding nozzles and gas nozzles – Weicon Anti-Spatter Spray HP.
It is a valuable addition to the range of products for the welding sector.
The release and lubricating agent protects workpieces and surfaces to be welded from the adhesion and penetration of weld spatter on gas nozzles and workpiece surfaces, without affecting the weld seam.
The Anti-Spatter Spray is silicone-free and provides long lasting protection for treated surfaces, as well as complete protection during the welding process. Using the spray minimises downtimes and interruptions in the production process for cleaning the welding equipment.
Thanks to the use of the transparent spray, there is no need to clean the workpieces afterwards with a spatula, brush or chisel. Post-treatment of the workpieces, such as burnishing, galvanising, anodising or painting, can be carried out without the need for special cleaning.
